Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related Finance/Accounting field.
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Power BI.
• Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as finance business partner and controller for assigned factories.
• Partner with Factory Managers and Operations to provide financial insights.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, month-end close and variance analysis.
• Monitor cost drivers and metrics; recommend improvements for profitability.
• Translate results into financial impact and communicate to stakeholders.
• Prepare regular financial and management reports for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities.
