Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a finance business partner and controller for assigned factories.
• Partner closely with Factory Managers and Operations teams to provide financial insights and guidance.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, and variance analysis activities.
• Monitor key cost drivers and operational metrics, providing recommendations to improve performance and profitability.
• Translate operational results into financial impacts and communicate findings to business stakeholders.
• Prepare regular financial and management reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, opportunities, and business improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any Finance/Accounting related course
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Power BI
• Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA is a plus
• Experience in manufacturing and/or semiconductor industries
• Experience in management reporting and supporting operational leadership
