Job summary

MicroSourcing in Pasay City is seeking a Senior Finance Accountant to drive accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our finance operations. This onsite night-shift role leads the GL, reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting, guiding the team to deliver timely insights for business growth.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in accounting, strong Excel and QuickBooks skills, and experience with ERP systems. Bachelor degree required; willingness to work onsite at Two Ecom, Pasay City.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in accounting or finance with leadership experience
• Hands-on General Ledger, Reconciliation, Payments, and F/A adhoc tasks
• Budget and forecast tracking, audit prep and compliance
• Advanced Excel and QuickBooks proficiency
• Proficiency in modern Accounting Systems and ERP software
• Ability to prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Willing to work onsite in Pasay City on the night shift

Responsibilities

• General Ledger Mastery: manage GL processes, complex journal entries, accruals, adjustments
• End-to-End Reconciliation: reconcile balance sheet accounts for data integrity
• Financial Cycle Management: drive month-end and year-end closes, prepare reports
• Strategic Planning Support: assist budgeting/forecasting with cash flow monitoring
• Audit & Compliance: coordinate audit prep and ensure accounting standards compliance
• Payments & Operations: oversee accounts payable/receivable processing
• Agility & Optimization: handle adhoc tasks and process improvements
