Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a General Ledger Accountant for an onsite night-shift role in Pasay City. You will lead close processes, prepare journal entries, and ensure accurate balance sheets while applying IFRS/GAAP principles.

The role requires 4–7 years of general accounting experience in multi-currency environments, with ERP experience (Oracle/SAP). CPA preferred and SSC exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• IFRS/GAAP knowledge applicable to GL accounting and reporting.
• Experience with multiple currencies and regional entities preferred.
• Experience in large ERP environments (Oracle, SAP, or similar).
• Ability to meet tight monthly close timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and post complex journal entries and accruals.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany reviews.
• Maintain internal controls and audit schedules.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, and Operations to automate processes.
