Job summary

ING is seeking a Senior Analyst, Fiducre Accounting to support receivables accounting, payments, and admin tasks within a global banking operations framework. You will work with international stakeholders to ensure accurate processing and compliance.

You'll review data quality, perform reconciliations, and contribute to process improvements across accounting and reporting functions, while coordinating with Compliance, Legal, and other teams to meet service levels and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking operations, accounting, finance, or receivables management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process accounting, payment, and administrative transactions accurately and within service levels.
• Review and validate financial information for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate accounting records for receivables portfolios and support reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational concerns and ensure regulatory compliance.
