Job summary

ING in the Philippines seeks a Senior Analyst, Fiducre Accounting to support receivables portfolios through end-to-end accounting, payment processing, and administrative activities. The role emphasizes accurate, compliant processing and collaboration with international stakeholders.

You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, maintain high-quality records, and help enhance customer and business operations within ING’s global banking environment.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in banking operations, accounting, finance, collections, receivables management, shared services, or BPO environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process accounting, payment, and administrative transactions accurately and within agreed service levels.
• Review and validate financial and operational information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Perform quality checks and investigate discrepancies, exceptions, and non-standard cases.
• Maintain accurate accounting and operational records for receivables portfolios.
• Support operational reporting and portfolio monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational concerns.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to productivity, quality, and turnaround-time goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, controls, and data quality.
• Support testing activities, projects, and process implementation initiatives.
• Provide support in handling complex operational requests and issue resolution.
