Aboitiz Foods is looking for a Farm Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the design, installation, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance across swine and poultry farm facilities. You will implement maintenance programs to ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency.

The role emphasizes supervising SAP-based maintenance management, coordinating with planners, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with company standards and government regulations.

Qualifications

• Must graduate of BS Electrical Engineering.
• Preferred Registered Electrical Engineer status.
• 5+ years experience in maintenance planning or similar function.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the Enterprise Asset Management System (SAP) implementation and data analysis.
• Plan, schedule and supervise repair and maintenance of farm facilities and equipment, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate with Farm Maintenance Planners and Material Analysts for efficient parts requisition and scheduling.
• Establish and monitor maintenance plans, cost-effective programs, and 5S housekeeping standards.
• Lead root cause analysis for equipment downtime and implement preventive measures.
