Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Farm Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance program for Swine and Poultry Farm facilities and equipment. You will design and implement preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance to ensure reliable, efficient operations.

You will supervise SAP-based data analysis, plan resources and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime while upholding safety and quality standards across the farm operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance planning or similar function preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise design, installation and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for farm facilities and equipment.
• Lead root cause analysis of downtime and failures to drive improvements.
• Manage work orders, scheduling and allocation of technicians and contractors.
• Coordinate with maintenance planners and material analysts for spare parts and cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and 5S housekeeping across facilities.
