Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Farm Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities for Swine and Poultry Farm facilities, systems, and equipment. The role focuses on preventive, corrective, and condition-based programs to ensure reliable and safe operations.

The position emphasizes supervision, SAP usage, and coordination with planners, with a stay-in setup and fixed-term employment as noted in the workplace arrangements.

Qualifications

• BS Electrical Engineering degree.
• Registered Electrical Engineer preferred.
• At least 5 years experience in maintenance planning or similar function.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the design, installation, and implementation of the maintenance program for Farm facilities, systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with Farm Maintenance Planners and Material analysts to optimize spare parts and work orders.
• Review SAP data and perform root-cause analysis for downtime or failures to drive improvements.
• Establish and maintain a maintenance monitoring plan for critical and non-critical equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality workmanship, and compliance with 5S and company/government standards.
• Assign and monitor work orders to team members and contractors to meet lead times.
