Job summary

Qualifications

• Must graduate of BS Electrical Engineerng (Engineering degree).
• Preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer.
• With at least 5 years experience as a maintenance planner or similar function.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the design, installation, and implementation of the maintenance program for all Farm facilities, systems, and equipment.
• Review SAP data and perform technical analysis to improve maintenance management.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise repair and maintenance works, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Farm Maintenance Planners and material analysts for efficient parts requisition and scheduling.
• Establish and monitor a maintenance program, 5S housekeeping, and cost-effective improvements.
