• Review construction drawings and summarize deviations for finalization.
• Oversee pre-operation checklists and procurement for furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Lead site inspections, budget discussions, and project reporting with PM Head.
• Prepare project timetable and handover documentation to Facilities Management.
