Job summary

Private Advertiser in Manila is seeking a Project Supervisor/Manager to maintain stores/offices, supervise renovations, and oversee repairs and maintenance of facilities to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a degree in Architecture or Engineering, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and contractors. Overtime may be required; location is Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture, Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• Preferably with supervisory experience in facilities maintenance or construction.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Willing to render overtime and work in Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee repair and installation activities for premises and equipment.
• Supervise contractors and staff to maintain safe work environments.
• Prepare maintenance procedures and document requirements.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, pest control, fire safety, and electrical/mechanical equipment standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and resolve facility concerns.
• Source equipment suppliers and obtain quotations, selecting best options.
• Coordinate with store/office departments for repairs and projects.
• Handle government inspections for compliance of premises.
• Oversee store constructions and demolitions.
• Manage projects from staffing to budgeting and scheduling.
