Job summary

Straive is hiring a Facilities Manager in the Philippines to lead the Facilities Management Group, overseeing preventive maintenance, safety, and admin services to ensure efficiency and compliance. You will manage engineers, supervisors, technicians, and staff, coordinating with internal units and external partners.

The role requires 5–6 years in facilities management, a civil/ME/elec engineering background,PRC license preferred, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• PRC License (Registered Engineer) preferred.
• 5–6 years of facilities management experience.
• Experience in maintenance, development, and operation of facilities/equipment in a BPO industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction projects and project management.
• Experience in business and data analysis.
• Safety Officer certification is an advantage.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for site facilities, systems, and equipment.
• Review, analyze, and oversee building construction and development projects, ensuring compliance with standards and requirements.
• Act as the site’s Primary Safety Officer, ensuring adherence to occupational safety and environmental regulations.
• Enforce cleanliness, safekeeping, and orderliness of facilities, while ensuring security of employees and company assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and government agencies to deliver facilities services and resolve issues.
• Lead and coach the facilities team, conduct performance evaluations, and implement career development plans.
• Monitor resources, budget allocation, and expenditures to ensure operational efficiency.
