Job summary

Straive is seeking a Facilities Management professional in Metro Manila to oversee maintenance and operation of facilities and equipment for a BPO environment. The role requires hands-on knowledge of critical systems and building upkeep, with focus on safety and project coordination.

Candidates should have a PRC license, 1–2 years FM experience, and strong English communication. SO2 certification is a plus; prior safety training is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must have PRC License (Registered).
• Preferably with good English oral and written communication skills.
• Safety Officer training/accreditation, an advantage.
• 1–2 years of Facilities Management experience in the same capacity.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge on critical equipment like Generators, UPS, Precision Aircon Units (PACU).
• Building upkeep, maintenance and renovation.
