Job summary

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field and at least 5 years' experience in facilities management or similar roles. The position supports a hybrid working arrangement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in BPO, facilities management, building maintenance or property operations.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and structural systems.
• Proficient in MS Office and facility management software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility operations across all office locations.
• Manage building systems and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Oversee cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace.
