Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation is seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to oversee operations across all office locations in Cebu City. You will supervise facility activities, manage building systems, ensure safety standards, and optimize workspace efficiency in a hybrid work environment.

The role demands a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least five years in facilities management, and strong leadership and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related field).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in BPO, facilities management, building maintenance or property operations.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, electrical and structural systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor planning, coordinating, and supervising facility operations across all office locations.
• Oversee building systems and coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Lead minor and major facility improvement/renovation works.
• Assist with inspections, compliance audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Budgeting and reporting tasks for facilities and admin.
