Al Abbar Group seeks a senior Facade Design Lead to guide the entire façade design workflow from concept to installation. You will oversee a design team across multiple locations, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery aligned with architectural intent and project constraints.

You will define strategies, review drawings, and coordinate with international stakeholders to meet performance requirements on landmark projects. Strong leadership and deep facade engineering expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, structural engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of facade industry experience including significant experience on large-scale and landmark projects.
• Experience managing design teams on high-rise, mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, airport, cultural, or mega-development projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the complete facade design process from concept development through detailed design, fabrication, and installation stages.
• Direct design team across multiple locations and disciplines to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Establish design strategies and technical solutions aligned with architectural intent, project requirements, budget, and programme.
• Review and approve facade shop drawings, fabrication drawings, setting-out drawings, installation drawings, and material take-offs.
