Job summary

BIMTEC is seeking a Facade Design Associate in the Philippines to help conceptualize, develop, and execute facade solutions. You will translate ideas into detailed drawings and 3D models, aligning with project goals and engineering constraints.

Collaborating with senior designers and engineers, you will contribute to design reviews and prepare comprehensive documentation such as specifications and material lists. A strong portfolio in facade design and proficiency with CAD/BIM tools is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, industrial design, or related field.
+3 years of experience in facade design or similar role.
Proficiency in design software including Invetor, AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino.

Responsibilities

Support development of facade design concepts, preparing detailed technical drawings and 3D models.
Collaborate with senior designers and engineers to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams to align design outputs with overall project goals.
Participate in design reviews and contribute creative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
Assist in creating comprehensive design documentation, including specifications and material lists.
