Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy required.
• CPA license required.
• 10+ years in accounting & audit, external audit preferred.
• 2–5 years leadership experience.
• Familiarity with PFRS/IFRS, PSA and Taxation.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engagement and ensure timely, high-quality delivery per Global team expectations.
• Demonstrate understanding of Quality and Risk Management in reviews.
• Discuss workflow management with assurance teams and allocate resources.
• Maintain professional communication and relationships with Global teams.
• Standardize review processes and identify opportunities to expand scope.
• Motivate, coach, and conduct timely performance reviews.
