Risewave Consulting Inc. is seeking experienced External Audit professionals to join our Assurance team. You will support local and global clients across Financial Services and Asset Management in a hybrid setup at Taguig City and Cebu City (associate level Cebu).

You will perform external audit engagements, review procedures and workpapers, and coordinate with global teams to ensure quality, timely delivery. CPA is required and leadership opportunities exist at Manager levels.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA is required.
• Audit Associate / Senior Associate: 3.5+ years of external audit experience.
• Assistant Manager: 4–5+ years external audit, with 1 year leadership.
• Manager: 5+ years external audit/assurance with leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Perform and manage external audit and assurance engagements.
• Review financial information, audit procedures, and workpapers for quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with global engagement teams and manage engagement requirements, timelines and resources.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members and monitor performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve audit processes and enhance service quality.
• For Manager-level, oversee engagement teams and people development and risk management.
