• 2-3 years related experience in fast-paced manufacturing.
• At least 1 year of purchasing or planning experience.
• Strong understanding of production schedules and sequences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive deliveries to meet the production schedule with internal customers.
• Identify delays and communicate needs to action owners.
• Arrange disposition of jobs to meet production schedules.
• Compile and review production schedules, reports, and WIP status.
• Explain concepts to customers through words and drawings.
• Work with senior management to develop day-to-day job information from drawings and specs.
• Report issues on equipment, tooling, or resources affecting production flow.
• Manage product organization and control with respect to delivery schedules.
