Job summary

UCT is seeking an Engineer I in Cebu to generate manufacturing drawings, develop CAD models, and understand the end-to-end production release process. You will work with MES and SAP to set up and modify routes, review BOM labor hours, and coordinate with program managers. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

The role requires flexibility to work various shifts as needed and a strong focus on quality and accuracy in documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred (fresh grads welcome).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Proficient CAD skills with SolidWorks or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate, complete manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks and Bluebeam.
• Develop CAD models from 2D drawings, customer prints, and sketches.
• Understand manufacturing process from concept to production release.
• Verify production blueprints meet customer requirements.
