Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Senior Executive, Group Clinical Education to assist the Director in governing and improving the quality of health professions education in public healthcare.

You will contribute to faculty development, policy review, and inter-departmental projects to advance the institution's vision, mission and strategic objectives, collaborating across departments to ensure governance and accountability.

Qualifications

• Recognised Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support development of faculty appointment schemes in Group Clinical Education.
• Administer faculty recognition schemes and teaching awards at cluster and institution level.
• Support faculty development activities such as conference sponsorship and advanced studies.
• Assist in development and review of clinical education policies and MOUs/Agreements.
• Assist in governance and reporting.
