MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking a Medical Governance Lead to develop, update, and oversee clinical governance policies across free-standing clinics, occupational health departments, company clinics, telemedicine, and provider networks.

This role ensures compliant documentation, patient safety, and high standards of care. The Lead collaborates with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders to maintain quality across all services, including incident investigations and training

Qualifications

• Experience in policy development, complaint resolution, and clinical governance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, quality assurance, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and oversee clinical governance policies across clinics, telemedicine, and provider networks.
• Lead quality assurance processes and clinical audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage complaint handling, investigations, and outcomes with documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with provider management to credential and audit external and in-house clinicians.
• Develop and enforce clinical standards for governance across all services, including telemedicine.
• Oversee incident reporting, risk assessments, and patient safety improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR, legal, compliance, and clinical ops teams to ensure alignment with governance policies.
