Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Senior Executive, Group Clinical Education to assist the Assistant Director and Director in governance and improving the quality of health professions in public healthcare. The role involves contributing to intra- and inter-departmental projects aligned with the institution’s mission.

The Senior Executive will support policy development, governance reporting, and fostering clinical education initiatives across the group.

Qualifications

• Recognised Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
• Good communication skills.
• Good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support the development of various faculty appointment schemes in Group Clinical Education.
• Administer faculty recognition schemes and teaching awards at the cluster and institution level.
• Support faculty development activities such as conference sponsorship, Master/PhD studies in health professions education, workshops/programmes.
• Support the development and review of clinical education policies and MOUs/Agreements.
• Assist in management and governance reporting.

About the role

The Senior Executive would also be provided with opportunities to be involved in other intra- and inter-departmental projects to achieve the institution's vision, mission and strategic objectives.
