Job summary

ABS-CBN Corporation is seeking a Senior Events Specialist to oversee the logistical and operational needs of live and broadcast events from pre-production to post-event. You will lead the events team, coordinate with regional offices, manage artist bookings and travel, ensure budget compliance and safety, and liaise with partners, producers and government offices to deliver flawless experiences.

Qualifications

At least 3 years experience in events production.
Works well with artists, artist-managers and handlers, event producers
Able to analyze, interpret and conceptualize event ideas based on research, market data and target audience
Able to set the look, tone and feel of the show, its segments and production numbers

Responsibilities

Oversees event planning and coordination with regional teams, including requirements, suppliers, timelines, and budgets.
Manages artist bookings, talent negotiations, schedules, and coordination with talent management and production teams.
Handles event travel and logistics, including visa applications, work permits, airline bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation.
Ensures compliance with company policies, approved budgets, travel guidelines, and safety requirements.
Resolves event-related issues involving logistics, production, and artist management, including artist replacements and event cancellations.
Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, including embassies and government offices, to ensure smooth event execution.
