Job summary

The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited is seeking an experienced Events Manager/Project Lead to plan and deliver rewards and recognition events for our agency force, both locally and overseas. The role includes procurement, budget management, and program execution to ensure a high-quality experience for qualifiers.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of events planning experience, strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP/PivotTables), and bilingual communication in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in events planning, ideally in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, budgets, and deliverables for event programmes.
• Maintain accurate databases of qualifiers and achievements; leverage Excel for data analysis.
• Lead event projects from concept to completion, coordinating venues, vendors, and on-site logistics.
• Design and manage collaterals and communications for invitations and promotions.
• Oversee internal and external communications related to agency events and recognition programmes.
