Qualifications

• Certification in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in event management or exhibition project coordination; senior role for experienced candidates.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and deliver results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients, vendors, and teams.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards throughout execution.
• Problem-solving skills to anticipate issues and find creative solutions.
• Team player with ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work outside regular hours and travel.

Responsibilities

• 1. Conceptualise and develop creative ideas and proposals for client's events, providing effective solutions that meet client objectives.
• 2. Take ownership of assigned projects from conception to completion, ensuring flawless execution within timelines and budget constraints.
• 3. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and providing professional guidance to exceed expectations.
• 4. Develop project plans, coordinate with teams and vendors, and ensure seamless execution of project components.
• 5. Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project deliverables.
• 7. Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, conducting inspections and quality checks.
• 8. Oversee on-site activities, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent customer service during exhibitions and events.
• 9. Conduct post-event evaluations, gather client feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports summarizing project performance.
