REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer – End User Computing (EUC) to join the EUC Enterprise Engineering team. The role focuses on delivering robust EUC solutions, cloud and on-prem environments, and serving as a senior escalation point for complex issues.

The ideal candidate will own end-to-end EUC systems, drive enterprise projects, mentor junior engineers, and implement automation to boost efficiency and reliability across global workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Deep technical expertise in EUC and cloud platforms (Intune, AD, Azure, AWS).
• Experience managing Windows Server, macOS and Linux in enterprise settings.
• Strong networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP) and enterprise connectivity.
• Hands-on monitoring and scripting experience (PowerShell) and automation.
• Proven ownership of complex systems from planning to long-term support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with a delivery-focused mindset.
• Experience in large-scale or regulated enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead EUC solution delivery across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Serve as senior escalation point for high-impact technical issues.
• Drive enterprise infrastructure projects with engineers and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement automation to reduce manual workload.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through coaching and reviews.
• Monitor and tune platform performance and security compliance.
• Collaborate with IT operations, security, and business teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support after-hours needs.
