Job summary

Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced EUC Engineer to manage Modern Workplace deployments for Windows 10/11, Intune, SCCM, and EMS. You will deliver desktop support within a Managed Device portfolio, coordinate changes, and mentor teams in a fast-paced MSP environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in Level 2–3 support, strong ITIL knowledge, and deep Microsoft 365 expertise, with a focus on security, AD, and VDI technologies. On-site work in Metro Manila is expected.

Qualifications

Prior MSP experience essential.
Strong experience in a technical customer-facing role.
3-5 years’ experience in a Level 2–3 Support capacity.
Sound understanding of ITIL Framework.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft365, Windows 10/11 (incl. WVD/VDI), Intune, SCCM, EMS, JAMF, iOs.
Microsoft Office 365 Security, Azure ATP, DLP, AIP, Windows Defender ATP, Azure AD, Azure AD PIM
PowerShell and other scripting languages.
Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

Understand Architecture, design, deploy Microsoft’s Modern Workplace solutions.
Lead the transition into the Modern Workplace including Windows 10/11 deployments.
Provide Desktop Support to users for Managed Device services.
Maintain monitoring and reporting on Managed Devices and Services.
Adhere to the EUC Support Framework and Change/Incident/Request/Problem Management.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for service improvements.
Coordinate changes/outages and support project scope and risks.
Conduct customer trainings and document processes in the Knowledgebase.
Participate in rotating 24/7/on-call roster.
