Job summary

Optum Philippines is seeking a Senior Endpoint Platform Engineer to lead enterprise endpoint design, deployment, and security. You will drive Windows OS lifecycle management, OS upgrades, and modern endpoint tooling like Intune, SCCM, and automation.

You will collaborate across Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Service Desk to ensure stable delivery for on‑site and hybrid environments, mentor teams, and contribute to the endpoint technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Endpoint Engineering, Desktop Engineering, or Workplace Services (SCCM and Intune).
• Hands-on Windows OS lifecycle management at scale.
• Experience supporting hybrid and remote workforces.
• Strong Microsoft Intune and modern management knowledge.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation capability.
• Solid understanding of endpoint security principles and baselines.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and collaboration for endpoint engineering.
• Design, standardize, and maintain enterprise endpoint platforms (Windows and mobile).
• Manage OS deployment, provisioning, and enrollment workflows for modern workplace environments.
• Lead Windows OS lifecycle activities and major upgrades (e.g., Windows 11).
• Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and architectural documentation.
• Collaborate with Patch Management and InfoSec to remediate endpoint vulnerabilities.
