Responsibilities

• Fiduciary Management: Review and process Power of Attorney, Guardianship, and Trust documents, performing necessary account maintenance to add Fiduciary agents.
• Project and Process Execution: Own and execute process improvements in partnership with other teams. Actively support team projects as requested by leadership.
• Workflow and Communication Management: Manage shared mailboxes, respond to customers in writing. Handle internal and external escalations promptly.
• Time and Task Management: Manage multiple deliverables, meet deadlines, elevate issues when necessary.
• Team Engagement: Participate in all team meetings.
• System and Case Proficiency: Work across Capital One systems and various case types.
• Exhibits flexibility to meet changing business needs and duties as assigned.
