Job summary

NEXTASIA Land, Inc. seeks a Property and Estate Manager to oversee end-to-end operations of 6 residential and mixed-use developments, including maintenance, turnovers, security, and stakeholder relations.

The role requires at least 5 years in property management with supervisory experience across multiple sites; you will coordinate with LGUs, utilities, and HOAs to protect land inventory and prepare future leasable spaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in property management or estate operations, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Admin, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for common areas, roads, and estates.
• Coordinate inspections and repairs with internal teams and external contractors.
• Direct third-party security providers; update security protocols.
• Maintain sanitation, landscaping, and waste management across estates.
• Oversee unit turnover operations and ensure timely handovers.
• Manage LGU, barangay, and regulatory relations for compliance.
• Oversee HOA dues collection and financial controls.
• Protect land inventory from encroachment and report threats.
• Prepare future commercial areas for leasing and revenue generation.
