BHP Group is seeking a Principal ESG Tracking and Reporting professional in Manila to lead the design and delivery of enhanced ESG data governance, tracking, and reporting across the supply chain. You will drive climate, environment, and social investments reporting and align initiatives with corporate ESG commitments.

Qualifications

Experience leading corporate strategy, programs, and governance.
Strong ability to drive change and manage complex initiatives.
Proficient in data analytics and interpreting ESG metrics.
Knowledge of ESG regulatory requirements across jurisdictions would be valuable.
Proven ability to influence leaders and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

Translate prioritised initiatives into a strategic ESG Tracking & Reporting roadmap.
Plan and track delivery of prioritized initiatives to deliver outcomes.
Collaborate with Sustainability & Social Value and Commercial to anticipate ESG developments.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to align cross-functional requirements.
