BHP is seeking a Principal ESG Tracking and Reporting professional based in Manila to help govern climate, environment and social investment disclosures across the supply chain. Reporting to the ESG Tracking and Reporting Manager, you will help design better data governance, tracking and reporting processes that build confidence in sustainability performance.

You will translate initiatives into strategic roadmaps, plan delivery, and collaborate with Sustainability, Social Value and Commercial

Qualifications

• Experience in managing corporate priorities including strategy, programs, planning, targets, governance and reporting.
• Experience in the natural resources industry, including operations, supply chain, commercial and sustainability.
• Experience in influencing leadership and leading change.
• Data and digital-savvy: understanding data, technology, and digitisation.
• Knowledge of climate policy and ESG in BHP jurisdictions is valued.

Responsabilités

• Understand ESG compliance, obligations and opportunities; align with global and regional guidance.
• Translate prioritised initiatives into a strategic ESG Tracking and Reporting roadmap.
• Plan and track delivery of prioritised initiatives to generate value and achieve outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sustainability & Social Value and Commercial to anticipate developments in ESG.
