Job summary

ECADIN is seeking a senior ESG specialist to lead environmental and social safeguards across infrastructure, energy, and development projects in the Philippines. You will oversee ESIA/ESDD, ESMPs, CRA, and stakeholder engagement while coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical client recommendations.

The role requires a Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience and familiarity with IFC Performance Standards and other international guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of ESG and environmental safeguards experience.
• Experience leading E&S assessments for infrastructure, energy, or development sectors.
• Ability to translate complex policies into practical client recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESG risk assessments and due diligence for complex projects.
• Develop ESMPs and action plans in line with IFC/ADB frameworks.
• Design stakeholder engagement and grievance mechanisms.
