Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Makati is seeking an ESG Policy & Compliance professional to support development and implementation of sustainability and ESG policies across environmental, social, climate, and gender dimensions.

You will collaborate with the investment team to set ESG goals, track performance, and integrate E&S risk management strategies across the portfolio, while engaging leadership to operationalize sustainability objectives and ESMS compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ESG frameworks and policy development.
• Familiarity with IFC Performance Standards and ESMS implementations.
• Experience applying labor standards and occupational health & safety practices.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; Full Onsite
Location: Makati

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of sustainability and ESG policies, including environmental, social, climate, and gender considerations.
• Collaborate with the investment team to set ESG goals, track performance, and integrate E&S risk management strategies across the portfolio.
• Engage with portfolio company leadership to operationalize sustainability objectives, ensure compliance with IFC Performance Standards, and support Environmental & Social Management Systems (ESMS).
• Apply practical E&S and social safeguard principles, addressing labor, occupational health & safety, and community risks.
• Promote a culture of sustainable investing through training, guidance, and accountability for achieving ESG objectives across teams.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of IFC Performance Standards and ESMS, with experience implementing ESG/E&S programs.
• Familiarity with social safeguards, labor standards, and occupational health & safety practices; knowledge of Philippine regulations is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
