Job summary

ECADIN in Makati seeks an ESG Implementation Support professional to help apply its ESG framework across projects in the Philippines, supporting development through operations. You will promote ESG awareness and coordinate with internal teams and consultants to ensure compliance with global standards.

The role covers governance, reporting, and continuous improvement, with focus on ESG risk monitoring and data quality for disclosures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field as listed.
• Experience in ESG, E&S management, or sustainability roles (2–3 years).
• Familiarity with ESG standards (IFC PS, Equator Principles, ISO 14001/45001).

Responsibilities

• Assist in applying the Group’s ESG framework across projects in the Philippines.
• Support integration of ESG considerations into project development, construction, and operations.
• Help promote ESG awareness and compliance among internal teams and contractors.
• Coordinate ESG-related activities including ESIA coordination and social safeguards documentation.
• Assist in maintaining ESG policies, KPIs, and reporting for investors and regulators.
• Monitor ESG trends and regulatory updates, supporting continuous improvement.
