Job summary

DOSS seeks a Systems Implementation Engineer in the Philippines to drive end-to-end client implementations—from discovery to hypercare. You will translate business needs into ERP configurations, focusing on supply chain and operations.

You will work with the US and PH teams across the project lifecycle, delivering data-driven solutions and process improvements in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Excellent English communication (C1/C2)
• Must be Filipino citizen based in or near Metro Manila (Mega Manila)
• Fundamental knowledge in supply chain, enterprise software, and systems implementation
• 2–5+ years of experience in system implementation or business operations
• Ability to translate client business processes into tables/schemas and automation designs

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end client implementation lifecycle (discovery → design → build → UAT → rollout → hypercare).
• Analyze client business processes, data, and pain points focusing on supply chain (procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing).
• Document, refine, and optimize business processes with clients; assist configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Provide post go-live hypercare support and triage issues in collaboration with product, engineering, and support teams.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reporting for US FDS visibility.
