Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP SCM & Demand Planning Consulting Manager to lead large-scale ERP transformation programs with a focus on Supply Chain and Demand Planning. Deep SAP SCM and IBP expertise combined with strong consulting leadership is required to drive end-to-end implementation and business transformation.

The role involves shaping solution strategy, managing delivery teams, and enabling healthcare clients to achieve measurable outcomes through SAP ERP

Qualifications

10+ years of SAP ERP consulting experience in SCM and Demand Planning.
Hands-on SAP IBP for demand and supply planning and S&OP processes.
Proven track record of leading large SAP SCM transformation programs.
Experience in Healthcare transformation programs preferred.
Experience working on RFPs and business development activities.

Responsibilities

Engage with C-level stakeholders to align SAP SCM and Demand Planning strategy with business objectives.
Lead functional discovery, process assessments, and fit-gap analysis across SAP SCM and IBP.
Oversee design workshops, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Build and mentor delivery teams; manage program governance.
Support RFP responses and contribute to capability development.
