Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Product Data Analyst to maintain accurate product data across ERP and PLM systems, manage BOMs, and support lifecycle activities. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure data quality and successful commercialisation initiatives.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience in product data management, strong Excel skills, and exposure to Oracle EBS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Product Data Management and BOM/PLM systems.
• Strong understanding of BOM structures and product lifecycle processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience handling large datasets with emphasis on accuracy and validation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and validate product data throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure data accuracy across ERP and PLM systems.
• Create and maintain product SKUs, UPC/GTIN, and EAN codes.
• Manage item creation and BOM assignments within Oracle EBS and PLM systems.
• Create Colour Variant BOMs and support Packaging BOMs.
• Execute ECOs and support engineering transitions.
• Maintain product master data, attributes, hierarchies, and relationships.
• Perform bulk uploads, downloads, and data validation activities.
• Update Planning Details, Sourcing Rules, Approved Supplier Lists, and org assignments in Oracle EBS.
• Support PLM migration and commercialisation initiatives.
• Manage supplier quote creation and revisions.
• Create sample requests for Product, Packaging, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Monitor and resolve data quality issues per business rules and standards.
