Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer with extensive senior leadership experience.
• 15 years of progressive heavy equipment management experience.
• 10+ years in senior leadership or managerial roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Equipment Management Group (EMG) to plan, deploy, monitor, and optimize the heavy equipment fleet and batching plant operations across multiple projects.
• Manage the department budget, oversee revenues, labor costs, maintenance expenditures, and fleet productivity.
• Evaluate equipment performance and advise on acquisition, rehabilitation, replacement, or disposal based on technical and financial analysis.
