Job summary

Attero in Noida is seeking a seasoned Manager – EPR Business Development to expand its EPR services for enterprise clients and regulatory advisory offerings. The role focuses on acquiring strategic customers, managing PIBO relationships, and driving revenue growth in EPR compliance solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of EPR regulations, strong BD capabilities, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with regulators, associations, and industry players.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business development, enterprise sales, sustainability consulting, or EPR/waste management.
• Experience with EPR compliance, recycling, or regulatory business models.
• Strong understanding of Indian environmental regulations and EPR frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD initiatives for EPR across e-waste, battery waste, and non-ferrous metals.
• Acquire and manage relationships with PIBOs, OEMs, and large enterprises.
• Drive sales of EPR solutions, credits, and regulatory advisory services.
• Develop strategies to meet annual revenue and growth targets.
• Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams.
• Monitor regulatory developments and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations and long-term customer partnerships.
• Mentor and lead the EPR BD team and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent Attero in industry conferences and regulatory engagements.
