Job summary
ERNI, a fast-growing software development company with a global footprint, seeks a senior technical leader to drive product design, architecture, and BI initiatives from our Manila service center. You will guide cross-functional teams across client ecosystems, delivering scalable solutions in MedTech, Finance, and Transportation domains.
You will own engineering governance, collaborate with ITD, and advance data warehousing, Power BI reporting, and seamless Dynamics 365 integrations while
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT with 3+ years leading product and solution architecture.
- Certifications in Power BI, Fabric Analytics, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure recommended.
- Experience with Moody’s Analytics tools and Loan IQ is a plus.
- Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Define secure, scalable technical vision and guide daily team execution.
- Lead GEMS enhancements, integrations, and align product workstreams with client needs.
- Coordinate Scrum activities, prepare Technical User Stories, and document changes.
- Lead data warehouse and BI implementations using Power BI.
- Develop reusable frameworks and automated workflows using low-code/no-code tools.
