Oriental Consultants Philippines, Inc. is seeking a senior environmental professional to lead planning and management for building retrofit projects in the Manila region.

The role focuses on assessing environmental risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with contractors and regulators. The ideal candidate has a licensed environmental planning credential, a Master’s degree preferred, and extensive experience in environmental compliance and project mitigation for construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, Ecology, or related field.
• Must be licensed in Environmental Planning or hold a nationally/internationally recognized professional certification.
• Preferably with a Master’s Degree and relevant environmental training.
• Minimum 20 years of professional experience, preferably 10 years in building/infrastructure projects.
• Experience in environmental compliance, assessment, monitoring, and management of construction or building retrofitting projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead environmental planning and management activities for building retrofitting works.
• Assess environmental risks associated with renovation, demolition, construction, and retrofitting activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable environmental laws, permits, and project requirements.
• Prepare and review environmental management plans, monitoring reports, and compliance documents.
• Conduct site inspections and recommend appropriate environmental mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies on environmental matters.
