Job summary

Arup in Manila seeks a senior environmental professional to lead Environmental and Social Advisory projects across Southeast Asia. You will provide technical leadership in EIA/ESIA, ES-DD and ES compliance, guiding multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring high-quality client outcomes.

You will also help grow Arup’s E&S advisory footprint in the region through client engagement, proposals and thought leadership, while coordinating with global ECS networks and regional specialists.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in EIA/ESIA and E&S-DD.
• Proven consulting/advisory experience in Southeast Asia.
• Knowledge of international ECS standards (ADB/IFC/World Bank/EDGE/LEED).

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical oversight for ES&A projects across Southeast Asia.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, commercially sound outcomes.
• Act as a technical expert on ES&A services projects and client needs.
• Support business development through proposals and industry engagement.
