Job summary

PW PHILIPPINES CORPORATION is seeking a senior environmental and social safeguards expert to lead ESIA, ESMP, and ESDD activities across infrastructure, energy and development projects. You will translate complex regulations into actionable client guidance and manage multidisciplinary teams.

This role requires a Master’s degree and 10+ years’ experience with ESG standards, stakeholder engagement, and climate risk assessment, including familiarity with IFC and ADB frameworks.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in environmental and social safeguards.
• Strong track record in ESIA/ESMP/ESDD and climate risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESIA, ESDD, ESMP activities across infrastructure, energy and development projects.
• Translate regulations into practical client guidance and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure IFC/ADB alignment.
