Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
• At least five years of progressively responsible environmental management experience.
• Experience in construction projects, water quality monitoring for dredging, and reclamation projects.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements environmental strategies and action plans.
• Oversee contractor performance to ensure compliance with Environmental Monitoring and Management Plan.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine environmental laws and lender requirements.
• Lead environmental management meetings with contractor and employer.
• Coordinate with Southeast Asia Environment Team for updates and lessons learned.
