Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking an experienced UX Designer with enterprise experience, advanced Figma skills, and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences. You’ll design and maintain UX solutions based on business requirements and user needs, and you’ll conduct user research to inform flows and structures.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll build design systems, style guides, and documentation, apply Material Design patterns to complex forms, and ensure projects stay organized

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing enterprise UX solutions and complex internal workflows.
• Expert-level Figma skills, including designing within Figma and creating/maintaining reusable components.
• Experience working collaboratively with other designers on design systems.
• Strong understanding of Material Design and interaction patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain UX solutions based on business requirements, user needs, research, information architecture, and platform capabilities.
• Work independently across complex internal workflows, adapting to changing priorities and objectives.
• Conduct and analyze user research, conceptualize user flows, develop site maps, wireframes, prototypes, and UI design mockups.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and comprehensive design documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively manage communication with client stakeholders.
• Design enterprise experiences, particularly complex forms and workflow-driven applications.
• Apply Material Design interaction patterns and established user flows before introducing custom solutions.
• Maintain organized and implementation-ready Figma files, components, and project structures.
• Support teammates with Figma access, editing, components, and design workflows to improve team efficiency.
• Act as a strong advocate for UX quality and design vigilance, identifying usability issues, functional gaps, and brand inconsistencies.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables meet quality and implementation standards.
