Job summary

HH Global is seeking a Senior Hybrid Designer to craft high‑quality static design content for digital campaigns, across social, video and UI elements. You will build Figma toolkits and design systems, ensure brand guidelines, and localize assets for multiple markets while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and the client.

With strong typography, QA/QC discipline and a willingness to explore AI-assisted workflows, you’ll deliver scalable, multi‑language assets and support motion design

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Excellent working knowledge of Static Design software; Figma, Adobe CC.
• Proven track record building design systems using Figma for localization and scale.
• Well versed in Figma and Figma Buzz and able to demonstrate scaled work.
• Detail oriented with strong QA/QC on work.
• 3+ years experience with AI and how this can benefit the creative process.

Responsibilities

• Follow traffic management processes to ensure best in class results.
• Design, development and maintenance of Figma specific design, systems and architecture.
• Execution of Static outputs at scale across languages, platforms and specs.
• Design using typography guidelines, graphics, illustrations and UI components.
• Turn static concepts into polished executions while preserving brand identity.
• Develop and maintain scalable Figma toolkits for localization.
• Edit and assemble bespoke static content, including localisation and final delivery.
• Collaborate with client, designers, copywriters and producers to meet needs.
• Prepare, render and export assets per platform requirements.
• Conduct thorough QA/QC across outputs before delivery.
• Deliver localized assets across multiple languages with adaptable layouts.
• Explore AI-assisted tools to improve ideation and workflow efficiency.
• Present work to client and stakeholders and respond to feedback.
• Support Motion Design if required using After Effects; prioritize Static Design.
• Stay updated on design trends to keep HH client’s creative innovative.
